Real Estate Development provides advise and counsel to franchisees related to development, real estate, design and construction of units.  If you haven’t chosen a location we are there to help. All locations must be approved by Wimpy’s Diner Head office.
Lease. Help with the lease negotiation to get the best lease possible.
Restaurant Design ,  Layout and  construction. You will get the best layout possible according to the size of the location with the suited equipment and all appropriate tools that Wimpy’s Diners need to function properly.     
 Training. The franchisee, the operating partner and their management team will be scheduled to attend our management training program, which involves 5-12 weeks of on-the-job training at a Wimpy’s Diner restaurantYou’ll get the extensive training from day one to the opening and ongoing help and phone support until you are comfortable to operate by your self.
Advertising: Before the grand opening, we will do all advertising needed to launch it successfully. Your location will be advertised on our website and ongoing general advertising
Marketing.This department provides the following support and material specifications for the franchise system.
